Our fees for services are outlined in our proposal, which is provided to the client before work commences. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received in a timely manner.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Mart Ind Infotech retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, designs, images, and source code, created during the course of providing services to the client. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property for the purpose of the website for which it was created.
- Client Content
The client is responsible for providing all content for the website, including but not limited to, text, images, and videos. The client represents and warrants that all such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Limitation of Liability
Mart Ind Infotech shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Warranty
Mart Ind Infotech warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The client’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty is the re-performance of the services.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay Mart Ind Infotech for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
